Our many trips in France but also on many continents have been teaching us how to enjoy Cuisines of the world which we have managed to integrate to the beautiful local cuisine of our terroirs.
We have met and bonded with the best producers during our travels and we are passionate about sharing this culinary wealth with you. Our cuisine is elaborated from the best local or regional products, from organic and sustainable production.
Game specialties, baeckeoffe, aioli (garlic mayonnaise), cassoulet, sauerkraut, chestnut soup, papillots with salmon (salmon cooked in foil) or home-smoked salmon but also couscous or huge paella are some of the delicacies we will be glad to offer to our guests.
It will be our pleasure to prepare these dishes before your eyes over a drink, teaching you how to make them before sharing a good meal.
